Once a month, the Health Initiatives' dietitians will be in the Student Center healthy space to showcase different flavors of the season. Try new flavors with samples, learn new recipes, and get some healthy tips from the dietitians.
September 14th, 11am – Savor the summer by enjoying the end of the summer's fruits and vegetables.
October 12, 11am – Enjoy a Healthy Harvest by embracing all of the fruits and veggies of the season – apples, pumpkin, sweet potato, winter squash varieties, and more.
November 9, 11am – Hold onto Fall Flavors by emphasizing the seasonal spices, like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and star anise, and learn how they can enhance your plate.
