Mindful Moments: Drop in & Relax

Every Wednesday, Health Initiatives is hosting Mindful Moments: Drop In & Relax. Students can drop in during the hour-long, weekly event to color or participate in short, guided mindfulness exercises. Mindfulness has many benefits ranging from stress reduction to decreasing symptoms of depression. By participating in this program, students will be able to learn some new stress management techniques that will help them better manage their daily activities and stress. 

Dates: October 10th - December 5th, Wednesdays, 3pm
