The Adulting series introduces students to life skills that aren't taught in the classroom. Learn how to "adult" as participants explore finances, healthy eating, purpose, professionalism, and other life skills proving you with the essential skills and knowledge to be a successful adult.

Fit to Thrive

Fit to Thrive is a 5-week series designed to teach students, faculty, and staff how to incorporate the dimensions of well-being into their daily lives so that they can flourish and be fulfilled. Learn more about the program and register here. 

Transit Financial Wellness

Wellness Coaching
