Fit to Thrive is a 4-week virtual session designed to teach students, faculty, and staff how to incorporate the dimensions of well-being - social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and professional - into their daily lives so that they can flourish and be fulfilled. Individuals will learn and practice skills related to nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness, and stress management which will ultimately lead them to a thriving lifestyle. By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
Assess personal well-being and set goals to make improvements toward a healthy lifestyle.
Learn about personal fitness, nutrition, stress management and lifestyle change.
Apply essential concepts in nutrition to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Practice stress relief techniques.
Registration is required. There is no cost to participate in this program.
Summer Session Dates: Fit to Thrive will be a virtual program for Summer. Meetings will occur Wednesdays at 10am starting July 14.

July 21- Healthy Relationships
July 28- Mindfulness, Stress Management, and Social Support
August 4- Intuitive Eating and Body Positivity
