Chia Pudding Parfait with Granola

Try this simple and tasty parfait for breakfast or snack. Homemade granola makes it that much better!
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • ¾ cup oat milk ⁠
  • 1 tsp maple syrup⁠
  • ½ tsp vanilla⁠
  • ½ tsp cinnamon⁠
  • ¾ cup yogurt⁠
  • ½ cup granola⁠ (see our Tuesday Tastes recipe!)
  • 1 cup berries ⁠
  1. Add milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon to a jar or tupperware container. Stir to combine.⁠
  2. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.⁠
  3. Layer with yogurt, granola, berries and other toppings as desired to build your parfait!⁠
  4. Enjoy!⁠
