Finals Smoothie

Fuel up for finals with this delicious smoothie.
Ingredients: 
  • ½ cup frozen mangoes 
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries 
  • ¼ cup frozen peaches 
  • ½ cup dairy or non-dairy milk  
  • ½ cup kefir 
Directions: 
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until desired consistency and enjoy!
