Frozen Summer Fruit Pops

Cool down with these refreshing fruit-filled popsicles!
  • 25-30 blueberries 
  • 2 small peaches, sliced 
  • 2/3 cup milk 
  • ½ tbsp honey
  1. Add 5-6 peach slices and 5-6 blueberries to each pop container. 
  2. Combine milk and honey and stir. 
  3. Pour milk to fill each pop.
  4. Freeze and enjoy! 


Oat milk was used here, but any milk, dairy or non-dairy, can be substituted. If you don’t have a specific popsicle container, you can use disposable cups and popsicle sticks or utensils instead.
