Simple Strawberry Parfait
- 5 strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 slice toasted sweet bread, cut into ½ inch pieces
- Layer strawberries, yogurt and bread.
Makes about one serving, enjoy for breakfast or a snack any time of day! Can easily be made for a larger group in individual portions or simply multiplying recipe by the number you’re planning for. Examples of sweet breads include cranberry walnut or cinnamon raisin.
