Staying healthy over the summer can be a challenge. From the dehydrating heat and humidity to the strong UV rays from the sun, practicing good self-care in the summer may look different from the fall and spring. This summer, Health Initiatives is challenging campus to focus on their health with a 10-week social media challenge.
Well-Being Activator applications are now open for employees through June 7th. Activators serve as well-being role models, inspiring others to flourish and thrive.
